5-Star Scholarship Opportunity

Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. of Lehighton, PA is giving away a $500.00 scholarship to a 5-Star ‘Class of 2024’ high school senior at the Lehighton Area High School, Palmerton Area High School, Jim Thorpe Area High School, the Carbon Career and Technical Institute (CCTI) and the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute (LCTI), who plans to attend an accredited college, university or technical college and major in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) or plumbing. (Total awarded scholarship dollars is $2,500.00.)

In the last decade, there have been many exciting technological advancements in HVAC and plumbing with ‘green technology” being one of them. Students entering the workforce have the opportunity to fill the increasing demand for talented HVAC technicians and plumbers as well as utilize their skills and ideas to make significant contributions to these trades. Now more than ever, we need bright, ambitious, talented and hardworking students to rise to the challenge and attain available positions in these fields.

Description:  Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has established this scholarship to financially assist and help motivate new and currently studying students to pursue a rewarding career in the fast-growing HVAC and/or plumbing industries. Those participating in an apprenticeship program are also eligible to receive scholarship money to offset the cost of their tools.

The awarded scholarship must be used within a 1 year period and will be paid upon submission of a tuition statement, books or tools receipt to Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

To Apply:  Please complete and submit the attached application as well as a letter of recommendation from your guidance counselor or trade instructor and a photo of yourself.  By signing this application, you give Andreas Plumbing the right to use your photo for our public relations/ marketing purposes.

Deadline to Apply: Your application and all required materials must be submitted to Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. at 205 Interchange Road, Lehighton, PA 18235 (either online at AndreasPlumbing.com or by mail or drop off)  by April 5, 2024.
