Guidelines for Eligibility: Those nominating candidates must be 18 years or older. Nominees/candidates must be a Pennsylvania resident and homeowner,18 years of age or older. The individual/family you are nominating should be someone who is deserving of a new heating system for their home and who is: experiencing tough financial times, an illness in the family & multiple medical bills, or a job loss, a senior on a fixed income, a U.S. Veteran or single parent with children. The purpose of this giveaway is to help make life better and easier for someone in need of some extra assistance. This giveaway is sponsored by Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning of Lehighton, Pennsylvania (Andreas Plumbing).

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, independent contractors, consultants, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Andreas Plumbing, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, administering, fulfilling, promoting or advertising the Giveaway or providing the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members” means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. You may not nominate yourself.

Giveaway Entry Period: Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning’s “Give the Gift of Warmth” Heater Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) entry period begins 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, July 24, 2017 and ends at 3:00 p.m. ET on Monday, August 21, 2017 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Giveaway.

How to Enter: Go to: andreasplumbing.com and click on the giveaway promotional image or link on the homepage. Complete the entry form and include either: a 500 word written essay or the YouTube or Vimeo video URL address of your 3-minute video essay (note that you must upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo in order to obtain a video URL to share) by 3:00 p.m. ET on Monday, August 21, 2017. Your essay should be a compelling, true story of why your nominee is deserving of a new heating system in accordance with our judging criteria below. Any entries that do not follow these guidelines will not be accepted, eligible or considered. Note that you may not nominate yourself. Upon submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway and will receive a confirmation that your entry has been successfully submitted. You are limited to 1 entry per nominee. Proof of entering information at the Giveaway webpage on the Andreas Plumbing website or registration form is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsors of such entry. Personal information collected in relation to this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Andreas Plumbing privacy policy, available at andreasplumbing.com.
