Ryan was the technician that came out today to perform the work. Absolutely 5 stars no questions asked. He was knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and more than happy to answer my questions. He was helpful in really giving great pointers on how to care for the system and keep it going strong. I opted to have a servicing done on one of the units today to clean out the fins. Again, thorough, considerate in putting down paper towels to catch and mess from the fluids, and great check on the flow of water for drainage. It was a pleasure having Ryan out today!
